Eligibility

Applicants must be at least 18 years of age and have an active social media presence, community network, or other platform for sharing By the Roadside products. Acceptance into the program is at the sole discretion of By the Roadside.

Referral Links & Coupon Codes

Approved ambassadors will receive a personalized referral link and coupon code. Qualifying purchases made through either the ambassador's referral link or coupon code may be eligible for commission.

Commissions

• Ambassadors earn 5% commission on qualifying purchases.
  
• Commissions are paid only on completed, non-refunded orders.
  
• Cancelled, refunded, chargeback, or fraudulent orders are not eligible for commission.
  
• Personal purchases made using your own referral link or coupon code are not eligible for commission.
  
• Commissions are subject to review and approval before payment.
  

Payments

• Commissions become eligible for payout after reaching the $50 minimum payout threshold.
  
• Payments are issued according to the current Ambassador Program payout schedule.
  
• Ambassadors are responsible for providing accurate payment information.
  

Taxes

Ambassadors are independent contractors and are solely responsible for reporting and paying any applicable federal, state, and local taxes on commissions earned.

Promotion Guidelines

Ambassadors agree to promote By the Roadside honestly, professionally, and respectfully. False, misleading, deceptive, or spam-based marketing is prohibited.

Brand Use

By the Roadside logos, photos, videos, and other marketing materials may only be used to promote By the Roadside products and may not be altered or used in a misleading manner.

Program Termination

By the Roadside reserves the right to suspend or terminate any ambassador account for violations of these terms, fraudulent activity, misuse of referral links or coupon codes, or conduct that may negatively impact the By the Roadside brand.

Privacy

Information collected through the Ambassador Program will be used solely for administering the program and will not be sold to third parties except as required by law or for payment processing.

Changes to the Program

By the Roadside reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Ambassador Program, commission structure, payout policies, or these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
